Fontina Cheesecake @ The Queens Kickshaw

This dish struck me as very unusual. The cake itself is very dense, creamy, salty, and almost nutty. It comes topped with what they call blackberry-weisen sauce and cereal crumble which also are not very sweet. The thing about this dish is when I first bit in, I wasn’t so sure about it, but as I kept eating, it got better and better, and by the end I was absolutely in love with it.
